Best customer service that I've ever experienced! I blew a tire on the interstate traveling, and luckily I was able to roll up to a gas station near Woodhouse. I drive a chevy, so I ran over to the customer service center and was greeted by Mr. Phillips, he was incredibly kind and efficient in helping me. Though Woodhouse didn't have the tire that I needed, Mr. Phillips ensured that I was taken care of and safe to make the rest of my short drive to Omaha.

Went to get first service on my brand new pickup. 3+ hour wait time and they never serviced it. Also needed my spare key reprogrammed at the same time, which they had forgot to do in the 3 hour wait. Oil pan was leaking so they had to set up another day to fix the factory defect. Told me they would set up a time to repair within two business days. 8 weeks of phone tag and wouldnt give me a loner. I told them to just come get the truck. Oil pan is still covered in oil. Good luck getting your vehicle repaired. I would hope they treat some people better than they treated me.

This place is amazing. My husband and I are driving across the country and our truck broke down. We called numerous shops and they where the onlky ones that would take our truck in. They fixed the problem and Sam gave us great customer service. I highly recommend this place.
Hello, I wanted to say I bought a new but used car from this dealership. As a woman I tend to hate going car shopping as most places treat woman as if they are dumb. But I was amazed by how this experience was like one I have never seen before. The sale person Marco from Woodhouse treated me like a lady. Answer what questions he could and didn't play me for the cost. I feel as I came out better then the dealer ship. When walking into the store the guys always opened the doors and made sure I was doing ok. Always offered coffee or water. I will say they were awesome!
